Monte Mayor. A meeting with the owner.To quickly outline what we are doing. The plan is to document a building project on the development of Monte Mayor in Benahavis. On my introduction post,I introduced myself and what’s in store in the following months. There you will find various links available of the local area and local golf club. Why are we documenting this project? Well the ultimate goal is to sell the plot and one considerable increase their chances, if one was include a finished luxury villa . It sounds easy, but its quite a procedure and for those interested in learning more can join us as we progress. The Owner a Mr Richheimer understands what’s involved as has various in depth meetings with his legal team and has also involved with the project , the world renowned Architect Ismael Merida. This in its self, is great honor
We have decided to also document with video as it’s a very personal media and in truth far easier for you to follow along and engage with us if you cared to.
The advantage of an ongoing documentary is , if at any stage of the building project somebody wanted to jump in with an offer to purchase the plot/Vila, at a price to be discussed, may do so. This could be ideal for someone looking to put their special stamp on the property, with a special kitchen or different configuration for the basement. Our aim though is to show you that this project is going through all the correct procedures and obtaining all the correct licenses . One needs to understand , as an owner of a Plot , in an SL that you are then classed as developer. Different laws, responsibilities, and taxes for a developer/ owner that we hope to make clear.
At this point we are not sure of the eventual market or sale price, as all the figures are still being worked on.
