We as CMH.Properties in Marbella are privileged to be able to work with an owner from Ireland on their Holiday property. To double-check we are talking about the same property. This is the apartment advertised with ownersdirect.co.uk. We have actually had terrific input on this one from Nora who has busily been to all the local bars and restaurants to grab their cards so we could reference to. The written text below is mainly written by the owner but I have edited where necessary to help with links for the benefit of those considering this apartment for their holiday.

The Owner: Blog update January 2013
We have just repainted the apartment. Polished the floors. Supplied a new Television and also new duvet’s. Frustratingly after going to the trouble to install Free serve, the owners of Sky, we believe have changed the actual satellite to a newer one, so we my loose the free channels. We don’t know yet though!
Charles Mackenzie-Hill the property manager, who is the owner of CMH.Propeties is involved with everything to do with Marbella Real Estate including Marbella Property management. Well, between you and me Charles is badgering me to get free internet service that you, the holiday maker can connect too via wifi. Personally I don’t think this is necessary do you? Please comment if you do.

About the Apartment: This is a lovely 2 double bedroom garden apartment set in lush tropical gardens and just a step from the beach. A perfect location for your holiday!
The apartment has 2 full bathroom on en-suite and spacious living/dining area and a separated fully equipped kitchen and utility room. There is TV/DVD and a music centre in the living room. This is a gated complex with off street parking and 24 hour security.
The terrace leads out to the beautiful gardens and a gorgeous swimming pool. There are sun recliners available in the garden. Access to the beach is through a side gate or through the main entrance. This area of beach has three beach bars close by,
Las Sardinales being the most well know as it is very popular with the local Marbella population and is located next door to the villa of Antonio Bandaras. Los Canos and Hippopotamus.
Within Walking distance of the apartment there is the Los Monteros Hotel, The Costa del Sol Hospital, main hospital for the area, and the Santa Maria Golf course. Also in the direction of Malaga are supermarkets, shops, café’s and restaurants at El Rosario on the other side of the main road. There is a new bar opened in El Rosario called ICE. that has become a very popular family restaurant etc. Highly recommended!
A short drive in the same direction takes you to Elvira when there are more of the above plus some clubs.
The opposite direction takes you to Marbella and Puerto Banus with all these places have to offer in the way of entertainment and shopping. It cost about 10-15€ for a taxi Marbella or Elvira.
There is a very good bus service running every 30 minutes between Marbella and Fuengirola and on to Malaga. This stops just past the bridge going across to El Rosario. Or walk to the hospital to get the bus going to Marbella. This is a popular form of transport as buses are very cheap in Spain. There is also an airport bus if you prefer to travel that way. If you head towards Fuengirola you can get off at LaCala which has very good beaches, cafes and a great Market on Wednesday and Saturday from 1000 to 1400.
Fuengirola has many family entertainment options like the Zoo, and the Water-park.
