The property is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment all on one level. Although there are some stairs that will need to be negotiated as the property is on the first floor with no lift.
The apartment is situated inside a development and the only access is by key. The swimming pool is also gated for insurance reasons, having said that there is promised, a life guard that will be present for the months of July and August
The most common way that people reach the area is by flying into Malaga airport and taking the A340 Cadiz road towards Estepona
Once you have passed Marbella its junction 181b Nagueles, First right ,first left and left again and we can meet in the car park
To reach either Marbella or Puerto Banus is about the same time of under ten minutes
the spacious apartment is 145m2 with air-conditioning hot and cold
You can see by the large image tour here that there is a double bed in the Master Bedroom and 2 single beds in both of the 2nd and third bedroom
We have left the master bedroom with room for a cot if you should need it
The tv in tuned to local Spanish station but as digital there will be programs that you can change language to English
The dining area has four seats but there are plenty of other chairs to pull in and around the table
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave , dishwasher and washing machine
On the terrace with views of the pool is a table with 4 Chairs
We do advise a car , but there is a bus , that runs about a ten minute walk away
