Las Jacarandas Bel-Air is a well established development in Estepona with around one hundred units build in 1994

CMH. Properties of Marbella  would like to introduce you to our Las Jacarandas landing page

We have to say the development is new to us, so it was a very nice  surprise to find the following.

The gated community with security at night is of the Andalucía style.  Inside the community looks very well maintained with mature gardens, two pools for the use of the residents and guests.

The complex has underground parking which offers you privacy when coming and going, and convenience for luggage and shopping

As for the area of Bel-Air you are around 2.5 kilometer to beach by the clock in our car.  Being  land side of the A340 which makes you about a  Kilometer to  the supermarket  Mercadona. Some restaurants and bars not forgetting  Sol Bank for your financial needs.  The following turning is to the exclusive Hotel  Villa Padierna and Flamingos golf

Estepona is the nearest town heading west, San Pedro heading East , with, Marbella and Puerto Banus through the new underground tunnel  around fifteen minutes in the car

For flying into the area you either have Malaga airport which is the most international  or Gibraltar  from the Uk  and  both seems to be of equal distance from  the Cancelada  turning

This post is about a reformed, ground floor 2 bed 2 bed apartment which faces East .

The title deed has the figure of the living space as 125 m2 but  in actual fact the living space  is a little more  as the owner before changed  over some of the West facing terrace into another living area making  the total living space 145m2 .  This almost gives you an extra bedroom although for the moment it’s more a tv room with a Sofa bed but still cleverly done and is quite spacious. between this room and the main living room is the new installed gallery Kitchen by  Cocinas universal. There is also a utilities room which is also a nice feature to keep some order to a property with washing and dry clothes plus a bit of added storage

The property feels of a generous size and a lot wider than a lot of the new build properties.   Having a sun terrace and garden of 110m2 does increase this spacious feeling

The master bedroom has a very nice built in home-office work area with views to the garden.

There is also plenty of built in wardrobe space in the en-suit shower room and separate loo as well.

The owner has tastefully furnished this apartment to a very high standard, so depending on the offer this property may be purchased move in ready, maybe!

As of 2012 the community fee is 220 a month with the Patronato 691.20 a year

If you would like to see some images in full screen, then this is the gallery with a printable flyer  and a standalone gallery with music at PRE

The walk through video of the apartment will be hosted on  Vimeo, iPlayerHD and YouTube
